Refund & Cancellation Policy

techpacks.app sells prepaid credits that are redeemed for custom, made-to-order apparel tech packs delivered as digital PDF files. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations are available.

Unused credits

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a refund of any unredeemed credits. Credits that have already been redeemed for an order are covered by the sections below.

Orders we can’t fulfil

If we are unable to complete an order, the credit used for it is returned to your account — or refunded on request.

Completed or delivered packs

Because every tech pack is custom-made for you, completed and delivered packs are generally non-refundable. Every pack includes one free revision, so if something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right in good faith.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order details and we’ll get back to you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
