What is a tech pack? +
A tech pack (technical package) is the spec document a factory uses to manufacture a garment. It includes the bill of materials, points of measure, construction details, stitch and seam callouts, trims, labels and colorways. It’s how your design gets made correctly.
How fast do I get my tech pack? +
Within 24 hours of sending your design. Every pack is built to a real factory standard before it ships.
Can I see it before I pay? +
Yes. Your first tech pack is viewable on-screen so you can check it. To download the factory-ready PDF, buy a credit — and every pack includes one free revision.
What do I need to send? +
A sketch, photo, or flat drawing of your garment, plus a short description (garment type, fabric, sizes, colorways). The more detail you give, the better the result.
Will my factory accept it? +
Yes — packs export as clean, standardized PDFs with the measurements and construction details factories need to quote and sample. You can edit anything before sending.
Do you keep my designs private? +
Your designs and tech packs are private to your account. We don’t share or sell your designs.
Can I make changes to my tech pack? +
Yes. Every pack includes one free revision, and you can request further changes any time.
What garments are supported? +
Tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, knitwear, activewear, swimwear and more. If it’s sewn or knit apparel, we can spec it.
